Was deciding which buffet to go... and my friend recommended me Colony at Ritz-Carlton. As usual, I checked online blogs for their reviews and woah woah woah... I saw lotsa yummy food!! and my fave OYSTER!!!!

It was an advanced bday treat for my Lil bro, Raymond, and also a treat for Xindy who helped me out previously for Val's bday.

This was previously the Green house and they have revamped it. Now, it's called Colony!
Looks pretty Atas.....
Ok, don't say I NEVER WARN you ya...
Don't view when you are HUNGRY!!!!

Smoked Salmon, Salmon Sashimi, Salmon Belly...

The corn one was quite interesting....
It's kinda thin and crunchy...

Scallops, prawns, mussels, clams..

Oh my oh my.... my FAVE OYSTERs!!!!!

Popiah + Kueh Pie teee..
I like the popiah... the popiah skin have this slight crispiness.

Salad bar

Cold cuts and cured meats

Lotus Leaf Glutinous rice with Chicken
Frankly, I feel... you guys should just skip the DIM SUM section...

Laksa station

Indian food!

Lamb chops, pork chops, chicken wings....

Mashed potato!

Seems like an "IN" thing now in buffets....
The Grill and Rotisserie
Roasted duck, pork belly, Hainanese chicken

Roasted pork belly skin was CRISPY and YUMS!

So cool right... have your own mixed fruit juice bottle.
Pineapple + grapefruit...
hmmmm ok... wrong mix... try something else again.

Lobster ball soup noodle

JaJang noodles
Not too saltish... taste not bad.

NEhhhhhhh...... don't waste time and space for the dim sums.

So cute right... But we don't take beef.

Kung Bao Chicken.... kinda saltish

This prawn is the super duper spicy till I CANNOT!

2nd round of kueh pie tee

Crepe prepared on the spot...
Its damn nice with the Vanilla ice cream!
It's a Must to order this.
Choco soufflé... made by order
Tasted a little bitter for us but we tried eating it with the vanilla ice cream and it was YUMS!

Think I have taken too much...

Looks pretty cool right...
Like you need to spend like at least $10 each if you were to have it at some café.

They have a few ice cream flavors - Mango and raspberry sorbet, vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, gula Melaka, chendol ice cream.
I tasted the vanilla, chendol ice cream and raspberry sorbet.
I love the vanilla and chendol. Raspberry kinda sweet and has got this medicine taste... nah....

I think I still look pretty young between them... oops... haha

Overall, we felt the ambience was good. very classy elegant layout. A wide spread of food choices. Food was good. Dessert was OMG!
Cost about $80 per pax for a weekday dinner after 10% credit card promo (DBS, POSB, UOB)
I would rate a 8.5/10.
Thanks for viewing once again.
Are you feeling hungry already?!!
Go make your reservation now!!!!
