It's our ROM day on 25 Jan 2013, Friday.

It was right after my exam, and I was so worried and stressed about the exam, I actually lost 1 whole KG in 2days, 3 meals as per normal though.
Ok, enough about the exam. Its about my big day.... the solemnization.
I have bought 2 gowns online, yup, ONLINE at Gmarket, Qoo10, and I got a hard time to choose either which to wear for my ROM. Some asked me to wear both of them! Although, I liked the idea but I think its pretty lame.
This was bought at $35.70.
I took M size as I knew I was definitely able to slim down to put that on.

I was searching high and low for a compatible heels for my gown too....
And lastly, I found a white heels with shimmery tip...on sale at NEW LOOK.
It was $21.90 if I'm not wrong, and with 10% discount for Citibank credit cards.

My buddies were here too, kept complaining that why do i ask them to come so early when the solemnization takes place only at 1pm!!

Ok, make up artist has reached, anyway she was introduced by my sister-in law, as she did her makeup and hairdo previously for her ROM too. so well, I trust her skills.
There wasn't any mirror in front of me, my HP wasn't with me, so i have no idea how I look at all....
when my buddies started showing me some signs.. and lame actions...
And so I went to look at the mirror... Oh gosh... too thick!! too dark!! eye liner too dark la...
Machiam BAD woman look, nononono.... so I kept saying I want it light light light... pls change to white eye shadow....
Initial price negotiated was $100. And then, she added eye lashes for me without asking me, and slight fringe cut, it became $130. But, the outcome was not too bad. Check it out....

Insisted on having side buns... although my hair was still pretty short...
The sort of like head band thing was actually a necklace bought at Forever21 at $11 if I'm not wrong.

Ok, it was time to set off!!! We took a cab over, and there was a JAM. I was really worried, cos it was already 1220pm and my dad n mum were still not back home yet.
Once we arrived the place, to my surprise, my buddies actually prepared cupcakes for the event.
Cupcake was done by Wendy's friend.

The solemniser had arrived too. About 12.50pm, Sam and his family arrived.... so we took some pictures, trying to drag more time, as my family members were still on their way....
Finally, at about 1.15pm, my family members arrived. So, we chop chop curry pok! and start the solemnisation!

I found him through wedding forum.
When meeting up with him, he actually gave both Sam n I some surveys to do, to know more about each other. Some of the points to take note, etc.
On the ROM day, he was 15minutes earlier than the solemnization.
He gave a speech before we said I do.... pretty interesting...
Solemniser asked: " Friends of Samuel, please raise your hands"

Here comes the dishes... I have never tasted their food, but it was the feel and good feedback on the food, so we decided to choose this place, Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant.
But, after tasting the food, i would say... its really quite important to do some tasting beforehand even though its just a wedding lunch.
The food were soso, portion was kinda small too. The shark fin soup was kinda watery(Forgotten to take photo of it). Probably, we are not used to Si chuan dishes... There were some appetizers, and I forgot how it taste n look like already (Forgotten to take photo of that too).

I'm now married. I'm now Mrs Lim. Time flies. We've been together for 3 years. Never had i thought that I would get married at such young age. Like i always like to tell to everyone, when you meet your Mr or Ms Right... things will just happen differently.
Next we'll have lots more to discuss, find out and work for our new LOVE NEST and our customary wedding.
